My codes worked no problem. It's just they are not sending the cards with some **** about how the offer had been more popular than they had anticipated even though they knew that KGB had x amount for sale and they had the contract to supply x amount

I looked for google cache etc and nothing but was being interrupted regular with other stuff so will look again in some quiet time.
Anyone would be appreciated as I am struggling to get answers to emails or phone calls?
Have you got a link to people saying they never received anything

There are two of them already in this thread.
If you're still thinking it's maybe not a scam, why do you think the fraudster behind these scams has operated the way he has? He's launched multiple websites, all with the same phone number and within the past few months, and advertised them all in the same way, through promotions on Groupon or KGB or wherever. Does any of that seem even remotely legit to you?

parties due to the item purchased being virtual or intangible. Shipping
costs are considered an intangible item, and as your payment was entirely
for shipping costs, we are unable to offer a resolution to your complaint.
As a result, PayPal has taken no action on either account at this time.
However, the seller's account has been noted for future reference.
In addition, it is necessary for us to cap the timeframe for opening a
buyer complaint. We have found that in most cases 45 days is a sufficient
timeframe for a buyer to notify PayPal that they have not received their
item, or that there is a problem with the item that they have received.
Additionally we are required to specify a set timeframe in our legal
agreements. This lets sellers know that they should keep their postal
information and other relevant transaction details for this period. It also
reassures buyers that should something happen with their purchase within a
45 day period, they can open a complaint with PayPal.
