Great to deal with, I usually get my items in a week.

FAB site you should have no problems, can pay Paypal too

I ordered from these in April and never received the item as they were waiting for stock. In July I asked for a refund and I am still waiting now. I have emailed them 4 times in 2 weeks and still not getting a reply. I certainly shall not use them again!!! They refused to give me a paypal refund as it was difficult as it was over 90 days so I am still waiting all this time for a store credit. Oh and yes I did pay by paypal!!

counterdote: I had an item not arrive from them. I went through the item not arrived process, and while they couldn't refund to paypal (I had waited over the 45-day period) they gave me store credit which I used against my next order with no hassle.

The site is fine. Used it many times.
Treat every thing as a fake.
Its is in China.
#12
i dont see the problem off it being fake lol aslong as it works

Used many times, no problems, delivery slow but not outrageous. If anything I've ordered has been of a higher value they usually just mark it a £10 radio controlled helicopter for customs! They also split shipments if there is a delay in getting any particular items, and sitll give free postage.

i just had a look on the site and got this.

I have been charged VAT and duty for goods bought over the Internet, why is this?

All goods imported into the UK from countries outside the European Union are subject to import duty and VAT at the rates applicable. However, import VAT is not payable on commercial consignments if the total value of the goods in the consignment does not exceed £18. This limit is raised to £36 for personal gifts between private individuals. If this tax was not applied, there would clearly be an unfair advantage to foreign businesses over UK trade.

With effect from 1 December 2008, customs duty will not be applied on goods with a value less than £105.

so i spent £35 to me thats saying i wont be taxed but then it says this.

If you buy goods online from a country outside the European Union, for instance the USA, Canada, China, Australia

You will be charged:
Customs duty if the amount of duty is €10 (£7) or over
Import VAT if the value of the goods is €22 (£18) and over
Excise duty for some goods like alcohol and tobacco

so i dunno?????
