I don't think it will cause any harm to your PC, but worth getting shut of if it appears.

How did you find out?

Only visited two sites today; HUKD and DealExtreme. Was on the third page of "New Arrivals" when my virus scanner popped up with the good news!

:O... Wow.

I've just been on myself and nothing as yet - what browser are you using?
#5
Wonder if this relates to their recent downtime/access issues?

Not sure if that file came from DX.

That file seems to be linked to a "Coupon toolbar" (whatever that is) for Firefox/Internet Explorer.

I have a similar problem with Screwfix Direct. Everytime I go on their site I have to virus check and there's always a couple of trojans attached to what I take are cookies from the site. I use Spydoctor as my anti-virus software.

Yep, saw the same when I searched too - "Adware.Coupons"

That may be the case, but can you explain my situation? Why would I get the above just from going onto the site?

Did come from Extreme Deals. Had not visited any other site until then, and I don't print coupons. I suspect, as mentioned above, that it might be a reason for their downtime. I use Avant Broswer, I have set it to deal history, cookies and temporary internet files on close down, so cannot be past adware (which I never have an issue with anyway).
