A friend was after a multi-seater which he could also use as a work van when he needed to, so combine both tasks into one vehicle. He found that the VW Transporter was his choice because of the cost of buying and running was much cheaper than the others, plus likely to be more reliable. I've driven the Transporter in van form and really liked it, very comfy with good view around the mirrors, so I can only imagine the multi-seater to be better, just get parking sensors if it's a bit of a step up in size for you.

Don't get a Zafira - might be a nice car, but if anything does go wrong with it vauxhall's customer services are absolutely useless...

A friend loves their VW Transporter - but it is cheap and cheerful, not at all gadgety. I like the Espace but prefer the Scenic. A dad at football was loving his Merc, I think he called it a Vanio perhaps, not sure. It looked the best in the car park of the 7 seaters there.

We've had our Zafira for 5 years now and she's a great car.....only thing I don't like is the back seat being a bench seat so it moves as one who unit and not independently but to be honest that's my only gripe with it
