Deleted bookmarks on Google Chrome

Hi

I have just deleted all my bookmarks on Google Chrome by accident now i dont know how to get them back :/ please help

check your recycle bin, they should be there and just restore them or you could just restore you computere to an earlier date and that should bring them back too

When you do get them back, the latest version of Chrome allows you to back up your bookmarks on line so you always have them available whatever PC you use

Really ? Chrome is a beast ! I've been using it for about a year now and love it! !

Yeah, they finally added that long overdue feature (which some other browsers have had since at least 2005). Now all we need is all the other five year old features added.

IE uses files for favourites and opera has a recycle bin for bookmarks but if Chrome is like Firefox and just has it's bookmarks as a list in an HTML file then once deleted they're going to be gone for good.

argh thats a pain buddy! Sorry to hear that!

I usually save my bookmarks as one file, and stick one on a memory stick, and another on my external HDD: that way you can't lose anything!
