Hi, was just wondering if anyone can tell me where I stand on an order I made from Barratts. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and paid a delivery charge of £3.50 when i received the order there was only one pair and they are faulty. I noticed on the returns note they won't refund delivery, but I think this is unfair as they only sent me half my order and the shoes I got are faulty. Does anyone know if I can argue to get a full refund?
I wouldn't have bothered ordering one pair of shoes as the delivery charge was almost as much as each pair!
