Dell Outlet - Returns

I've got a laptop in the basket ready to go - but have just got one question, do Dell allow returns on Outlet stuff without quibles (or will I have to quote DSR)?

Never had any trouble returning items to Dell either although normally I'm buying something else with them.

Certainly sounds like it although not come across that before?

Phew, did a bit of googling and it turns out they do some jiggery pokery and update the service tag before they send it out (http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=189761).
I was bracing myself for having a go at the legendary Dell CS in the morning :)

I got the M1330 last month and it was a German return according to the service tag, arrived with everything in English (keyboard, etc.). I doubt you'll regret buying it as I love mine!
