My son will need a laptop for when he is at Uni in September. Being a few hundred miles from home, he will be on his own should his laptop fail.
Looking at Dell machines, they have their Basic Package, 3 Year On-Site Service option.
Does anyone have any experience of this service? Im looking for info like time to actually appear on site, competence of technicians in fixing problems.
Has anyone got anything good to say about any other suppliers service contract?
