Did anyone else take advantage of the Dell A350 D-SLR deal posted on here about 5weeks ago? Dell accepted my order and took payment about 3 weeks later. I just logged on to see why my camera has taken so long to arrive to find that they had canceled my order! No e-mail, no refund and NO camera. How can they do this? The thing that really annoys me is that I waited over 4 weeks for delivery and I could have bought it elsewhere and got it earlier. I now have to wait for a refund before I can place my order with someone else. Very poor customer service on Dell's part I would say.
