Dell Vostro 1000 Fault?

Okay, i'm wondering if this is just my laptop or others too or what should i do.

When my battery fully charges and i still have the mains power on if im wearing shorts and the bottom touches my bare skin i get very small electric shocks off the screws holding the chassis together. If i touch it with my fingers i dont get the shock, but only on my legs it happens with every screw visable.

What should I do, my laptop is about a 3 weeks old.

I get that with my Dell Inspiron 1501, I always assumed it was the screws heating up :giggle:

I remember a long discussion on this with one of the older laptops (9300?) - off the top of my head I think the PSU was to blame but it's been a while since I read the details.

To move it ^^. Whilst it had the power cable in, shut the lid, under my arm to move to a different seat, et voila.
