Delll mini 9 SSD question mini PCI express slot

I've a dell mini 9 not powering up. I was wondering if I could test the 16GB ssd by fitting it into the spare mini PCI express slot on my dell D630 latitude laptop. This slot is marked as WWAN on the latititude, but the connectors look the same so I was thinking it might work.

Anybody done this before or know if it will work or not before I go ahead, thanks?

don't risk it without doing some reading

a quick search indicates the slot won't work for any ssd but make your own mind up after doing some reading

Thanks for the help. The manual says an FCM module can be fitted in the WWAN (flash cache module), but I guess that is not an SSD.

Other comments seem to suggest it is not possible.
