I haven't got a great deal of knowledge about computers. Just wanted to know if this one i'm looking at is good or not. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
This is the advert:
Dell 780 Desktop with Dual Core Intel 2.93Ghz Processor, 4Gb RAM, 160Gb Hard Drive, ATI Radeon Graphics Card, Genuine Windows 7 and 17" TFT Monitor. Includes keyboard, mouse and all cables/booklets etc. Only ever powered-up once. Perfect working order and totally as new.

How much is it?
Asking 250 or sensible offer
That's reasonable but not a bargain by any means. Worth it though if you need one.
Fair price.
The specs seem pretty good to me for the money. Dont think ide get much more for 400+ in currys
I have done a search around and a Dell 780 seems to be an Optiplex which are their business computers so well made etc.

A 2.93Ghz CPU is a fast CPU so it must be fairly new. 4Gb of memory is good, though 160Gb is a small hard disk by todays standards.

A 17" TFT is fairly small but usable.

If it is a Dell 780 Optiplex then they seem to sell at a decent price (far more than 250 anyway) so it may be a good deal.

In fact the lowish price does worry me a bit so make sure it is all in working order and it is a genuine Windows 7.
