Dialaphone.com cancelled my order without reasonable explanation

I ordered a Nokia 6300 mobile phone with a 25% discount code several days ago, but today i received their email and said they canceled my order. Are they always wasting the time of customers? So disappointing.

Unfortunately due to the unexceptionally high demand of our latest offer on the Nokia 6300 we are unable to meet the stock requirements to fulfil all orders as expected.
Therefore, we have had to regrettably cancel your order and arrange for any monies that have been debited, to be refunded on to your credit/debit card. Please allow 5 working days for this credit to show back on your card.
Please accept our sincere apologies for this inconvenience.

Pay-As-You-Go Mobile Phone Terms & Conditions

2. Supply of Products

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the products ordered are not available, you may be notified by e-mail (or by other means if no e-mail address has been provided) and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order.

Where is the option???

Wrong forum, should be in misc.

They have every right to cancel, if they want to.

Moving to "Misc". Feedback is for HUKD questions, problems and suggestions only. Thanks.

No worries about putting it in the wrong forum.

You're right, you have no choice in the matter!

His argument that according to their terms and conditions, he should have.

Ah yes, but as we know law overrides t&c's and the law allows them to cancel.

From where you found it, ie I clicked feedback at the top and this thread was in that forum.
