Dialaphone are rediculous. Send refurbs/returns as new and wont allow you to contact them.
I made a thread for a deal from dialaphone "http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/htc-one-s-15-50-x-24-month-contract-orange-372-dialaphone-possible-187-92-1270339?page=4#post15253214", quite a few of us seemed to be getting returns/refurbs, i sent mine back for a replacement and the one they have sent me is exactly the same, now the really stupid bit, trying to message them via their online systems it says i cant and have to send a written letter of to them because my handset has been replaced already. Ummm pardon? okay actually it will let me contact them but through the wrong section, i can email a question about redemption etc but not about my phone.

But they are called dial-a-phone, you dial them, you get a phone, or is that just me?
I imagine on their site it would say if your query is not mentioned online, then please call our customer service team on a certain number?
Maybe, but thats not working very well for you is it?
