Ok here goes, at precisley 7pm today a tennis match between sam queery and robbie ginepri was taking place.

they were offering odds of 1.5 to queery and 2.5 for ginepri at the beggining.
1st set had just been completed and ginepri took it 6-2. best out of 3 set match. the odds hadn't changed to my suprise. I kept an eye on it whislt watchin the stream online. no injuries what so ever. Ginepri kept gettin break points in the 2nd but didnt take it.
When it got to 4-4, ginepri had a break point and odds were still 2.5. I immediatly wacked on £100(Shuda done more) 5 mins later wins the set and the match.

They have now voided the 2nd bet but given me the money for the first. are they in the wrong or shud i just shuut up and take the first winnings. What would you guys recommend.

Im under the impression, if they offer me odds, ive taken it they cannot void it can they. Not to sure what to do, if some one can help that would be great.

Thanks

sorry:

at 7-30pm,ginepri lead 4-2 in first set. odds offered were still 2.5 like beggining of match.i put down £150 on ginepri to win. i got this money credited to my account once match was completed.

at precisely 8-05pm ginepri 1-0 set up best out of 3 and it was 4-4 in second. they were still offering 2.5 odds and i put dwn another £100 on ginepri to win. 5-10mins later match was completed and ginepri had won.

i got credited for the first bet but the second one was voided once the match was completed.

what do i do?

You complain... You only got paid out on one of the bets when you won two? If they put wrong odds up thats their problem. I'd be shocked if they were in the right although I don't know for sure.

Not only did they put wrong odds up but they took the bet from you I assume? and the money for the second bet went from your account?

Rule 5.11 and 5.12 they said to me states they have voided the bet. Damn.

I think it might have been an human error due to the odds.

thats correct, you hvae no chance of getting it sorry. If you really moan they may give you a free bet voucher for £10/£20 but I wouldn't bank on it.

you dont have a case bookies can void a bet f the wrong prices were given sometmes they dont spot the error and you get away with it

clearly not a gambling man your 100% wrong

You should just wait to hear from them to see if they catch on to the 1st payout. But I'm pretty sure they are not going to catch on to you. You shouldn't bet with winning from the same book. Cash out now.

They probably would have actually, I've had this before with Ladbrokes, once I won and they voided the bet, once I lost and the stake was refunded.

They are in the right, the palpable error rule comes into play.

u think, i think its there fault, they take money, surely i win

I suggest you google palpable error, and if the first bet was paid out in error then keep quiet or they may check your account and take that back too.
