Scotland is not a country.

UK is the country and England is the UK.
#8
Is it 'cos you can't be on the north east thread?
#9
My prediction:

This thread will lead to 4 infractions, and 1 suspension. :)

The United Kingdom, consisting of Great Britain (England, Wales, and Scotland) and Northern Ireland, is twice the size of New York State. England, in the southeast part of the British Isles, is separated from Scotland on the north by the granite Cheviot Hills; from them the Pennine chain of uplands extends south through the center of England, reaching its highest point in the Lake District in the northwest. To the west along the border of Wales—a land of steep hills and valleys—are the Cambrian Mountains, while the Cotswolds, a range of hills in Gloucestershire, extend into the surrounding shires.

see to be honest unless you are scottish your opinion really means NOTHING as you werent BORN in the worlds most amazing country!

Yes you have to be BORN here to be fully scottish ! none of you soap dodgers saying oh my granny was half jamican half scottish! you all fail unless you were born in scotland

The only problem with Scotland is people with attitude like yours! I'm fortunate to know alot of Scots - born and bred there - that are not of the same mind as you!
banned#38
My mum was born in Scotland. She thought Scotland was so great, she left to live in England. Rumour has it, there are more Scots in England than there are in Scotland. (With good reason.)

ive been to scotland before...............best part of the mini holiday was on the journey home i saw a sign..."thanks for visiting scotland" when i knew i was out, a huge amount of joy came over me.
