via Royal Mail with a first class stamp(39p) your insured for upto £39!
I didn't and have been posting most my item recorded delivery in order for them to be insured.

So thought i would let you guys know.

Its always "upto" the value of 100 x 1st class postage.

Yes, i think they give you it in stamps, also if its ebay you are posting it with and it goes missing Paypal wont accept anything other than recorded (or special) as proof of postage to be covered my seller protection

to prove that you sent the item to the buyer, if the item goes missing.
