The DVD I bought from Play.com never arrived so I claimed it at the members area and several days after, Play.com said that they would do a refund which would take 2 to 5 days.
Unfortunately more than 5 days have passed and I didn't receive the refund ...
Sice I already claimed for the refund, there is no way to claim again in the members area. So I replied to the email which regarding the refund ([email protected]
) and I received the following email:

****PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL****
I then search a bit in Google, and found the following email: [email protected]
I wrote an email to this email address on Monday morning and they gave me a ticket.
I hope I will receive an answer, but since so many days have passed I don't think so...
Does any one know any email to contact play.com ? How can I contact Play.com besides telephone ?
This company sucks: Neither do I receive the DVD, neither do I receive the refund and there is no way to contact the customer care...
