Hi all for 6weeks now i have been seriously healthy eating, cutting down my calorie intake and being more active.
The first month i lost a stone. Now the last two weeks absolutly nothing! I dont want to get disheartened as i am truly serious about this.
I am hoping i can blame my monthlys which is anytime now but even so, 2 weeks!
Take yesterday i had One Sandwich and One Gammon round ALL DAY!
Today ive had half a bowl of Shreddies and im making sheps pie for tonight. ( no potato, i use swede as topping)
This is about as much as im having.
