I don't do diets, i just don't eat lots and if my jeans are getting tight, i cut down on my food intake.

Yup. I'm on a diet and i've lost 6 inches off my waist ( I don't weigh as I get obsessed with the numbers and not how I feel) Try eating a double portion of high fruit museli for breakfast and that will set you up for the day.

I'm with you on that one.

Basically cut down food intake and exercise more.

I always wear skinny jeans and can always tell when there is an extra couple of pounds, so I spend an extra half an hour on the rowing machine:-D

I am with Slimming World and it's great.

I have dropped over 2 stone since I joined at the end of May AND I didn't need to go hungry

LOL. I'm lucky to be tall and fairly slim. I do find the the rowing machine (which was a fairly cheap one from tesco) to be the best thing (exercise wise) I have bought. Great for legs, arms and stomach. Plus, you can watch TV easily at the same time

you have only broken them because you used them. good for you, most of us don't use ours, so they won't get broken.

95% of people say there on a diet, or would like to go on one, the fact is that they never have the dedicated to follow it though. This can been seen as the obesity rates are rising. the other %5 (me), who stick to there diets, eat the right stuff, train right, reach there goal.

disclaimer: I am not saying 95% of the uk is obese.

My school friend has just celebrated loosing 8 stone.

Yeah ! it does take a lot of will power to keep it up, lost my way after xmas when I stopped for a week (away from home)
Used to train karate for 10 years 7 hrs a week 3 diff clubs, had to stop cause of old motorbike accident injury, keep up the hard work
Best way is to pay for training, then you HAVE to go :whistling:
