Has anyone else been a victim of points mugging.

Calm down people, they have simply converted your points to vouchers, you will recieve them soon in the post.

If you check your registered email address, they should have sent you a confirmation email to say that your vouchers are on the way.

They have some weird scaling where they dont convert all your points to vouchers. Also those 550 points could have been in the system at the cut off point (August 1st) and not quite reached your account by that time.

Trust me, they are on the way.

Yeah those £2.58 will remain on your account until the November statement, I think its just a glitch the website people haven't changed the date yet. You will get about £12.00 of vouchers in the post.

Trust me people dont worry, they are coming

ITS not weird its because there are millions of members and generally i think the ppl with most points get them first like i had mine monday and had £54.50 and my in laws are away and my mother in laws came tuesday as isorted their mail then. However my father in law and brother in laws werent there yet but they dont spend as much.

Have always found this to be the case my mother in law spends a fortune in tesco and usually gets her b4 the rest of us but with having bonus coupons for loadsa baby stuff we usually earn 700 points a shop, just for buying w/e nappies, wipes etc the couposn say

Uusally as a guide you points are taken from about 4 weeks b4 you get the vouchers. The vouchers are valid for 6 weeks(product specific ones). So as vouchers come out every 13 weeks, 3weeks after your product specific coupons have expired will be roughly cut off for your next statement
