Mine was doing this. I l;ive in a hard water area and it was limescale build up so I ran mine with descaler in. Is perfect now.

That could very easily be the problem we have dreadful water here. i always get confused whether the water is hard or soft but our taps are dreadful. Teh kettle is constantly furred up. I dont even drink the water but buy bottled.
Didnt realise you could buy descaler for the washing machine. is that something you put in everyday or is it a certain kind of washing tablet that has descaler in it. ?

We are near Stamford so not that far from you so we probably have the same problem. i originally come from yorkshire and the water there was lovely.

We have dreadful water here to (Peterborough), I refuse to drink the tap water I always filter it. You can buy Calgon for the washing machine & I believe there is also something similar for dishwashers :-D

I used iron descaler - got it from currys but can't rememeber what it was called. All my glasses were cloudy too but now they're sparkling!
