Hi,
I know there are a few of you waiting for replies from disney regarding missing points, well i just spotted an update on disney's site regarding wall-e I ordered it now says next to it
"Wall-E Blu-ray - eligible title since 22.3.10"
Funny date to pick, I ordered mine on the 22nd, dispatched on the 23rd!

looking through there list it says it next to loads of dvd's and blu rays!

I still have heard nothing back from them either after sending them copies of my order confirmation and dispatch!, and im sure that a lot of people ordered before this when the bogof deals started so it seems they are royally screwing us over!

dont think they have changed any rules-they are just making it clearer on the website. everyone who had a reply from them regarding missing codes was always told they had to prove that they bought them on or after 22/3.

they will have changed the website wording so that people who bought wall e etc months ago doesnt ask for a code-if you bought them from amazon where the deal started 22/3 you qualify ok.

hi barky, ok ignore me I thought the reward scheme started months ago and still have not received any emails from them, not even the one stating to send in proof, did you hear anything back yet? do you have enough for your daughters hannah montana bag yet? If the rest of mine do turn up with codes in them or they finally give me the missing code ill have a couple of codes I wont use as I basically have enough for a blu ray (not that there are many worth having left lol) and have completed my pixar set so wont be buying any more disney's, so your welcome to one if you dont already have it:thumbsup:

Eligibility started on 22.03,
bought on 22.03,
yup i'd say its still valid.
If a debenhams sale started on 22.03 and you bought a dress reduced from £100 to £25 on 22.03, you'd pay £25.

What they will probably end up saying s it must be older stock the shops were holding, and maybe contest the claims that way, ie the shop didnt receive the stock after 22.03
However i dont see why people who buy on the day should miss out, and those that buy later will probably luck out and get the codes once stock is replenished !!

It's bl**dy frustrating, not heard a thing back and i've now got 5 discs without codes ! Grrrr

yeah its a pain, it was one of my selling points to the mrs so I could buy so many lol, "look if we just get a few more we can have a free ratatouille blu ray!" Im going to send one more e-mail then forget about it, think i may just buy the mrs ratatouille now, keep her happy so she can give it to her sister for her birthday which was the original plan:thumbsup:

Forgot to say,

someone from avforums posted the telephone number you get from their newsletters etc, which someone else phoned up and was told that the person dealing with the missing rewards codes was on holiday.

This is what was said....
(hope its ok to cross-post)

She then cam back to say that Natalie, the woman dealing with Disney Movie Rewards, was on holiday till Tuesday. Can you believe that?! Theres me thinking this promotion would need a whole department dealing with everyone who are missing codes and it turns out its one woman! I explained how odd this sounded and the nice lady who was dealing with me agreed it all sound very peculiar. She then put me on hold while she tried to search out Natalies boss or supervisor but nobody responded to her. In the end she suggested that I leave a message for Natalie on her machine which I have done. The whole thing is ridiculous, if Natalie is the only one dealing with this she is going to get back from holiday and find her inbox stuffed with emails. I suggest everyone tries calling the number and seeing what happens. The more angry people whho call them the more they will realise that they will have to do something about it.....and breathe......"

So looks like this is why nobody has had a reply, other than the bog standard automated response type communication, which probably someone else sent.
Hopefully Natalie can give us all some answers when her hols are finished !!

I used a completely different tactic after getting the runaround everyone else is getting-was in the local disney shop yesterday, and quite politely, without ranting and raving told the manageress that I was dissapointed in the service I was getting from disney movie rewards, loyal customer, went to disney paris 3 times last year blah blah. I asked her for a phone number I could call, she said she didnt have one but would see what she could do to help. She called me this morning, and told me they were sending me a signed bag for my daughter! I consider that a result since the bag is 1800 points and I had 7 missing codes which would have got me 950 points so now I can spend the points I do have on a couple of blu rays. If anyone has a disney store nearby, this may be worth a try,but I stress,be polite,no point screaming at them cos its not the shops fault, but if you are nice, they may help you.

LMAO,

I used that one on the other half aswell, we can redeem points for two more bd's taking the price down to £whatever per disk !! lol
What we like, disney junkies !! ha ha

Have you bought from price minister?
Only ask cos of the £5 off code.

They have the 1 disk ratatouille thats in the special offers atm,
its £9.99 on there, but using the code you'd get it for £4.99

If you refer someone they get £5 off and so do you, just has to be a different email and different payment card.
They also had a couple others for £9.99, so if you refered and both got the £5 code, you can get 2 more blurays for £4.99 each.
