Someone a little more legally minded than me might be able to give me some advice on this.
I went into Thomas Cook yesterday to pay my remaining holiday balance of £230. I paid the balance in cash, and was given a receipt for the £230 paid.
I've now had a call to say that I only paid £130. I've told them I'm certain I paid the full £230 and have a receipt that shows that.
There now currently in the process of getting a manager to review the situation and look over the CCTV footage.
Where do I stand in all this?
