Do CEX send a prepaid package or a courier to collect a mobile?

I ask because a guy from UK Mail just came to my door to collect a parcel, I presumed he was here to pick up a pair of shoes which were the wrong size and that i had arranged a return for. Turns out I was looking at the US size, so I cancelled the return yesterday. But now im wondering whether he was here to pick up my phone that I'm selling to the CEX website.

No, for mobiles and iPods they send a pre-paid padded envelope.

Beware of selling to these cowboys - I sent them a mint almost brand new HTC HD2 which they were offering £216 for at the time - they tried to say it was scratched and locked when it most certainly was not. Luckily I had taken pics before I sent it. They refused to send me the phone back or look at it again and tried to fob me off with a payment of £125.

I issued proceedings in the small claims court - and they very quickly paid up in full, knowing damn well they hadnt got a leg to stand on. Scammers and cowboys.

They have always been good to me (touch wood).

Paid me £62 for a 1st gen iPod touch! Took a bit of time but very good money.

I'd strongly advise against using them online. Go in-store if you are able to, or attempt to sell on here before even contemplating sending anything to them.
