I bought a laptop from PCWorld on Tuesday, went through Quidco for 4% on reserve and collect. Made sure I pointed out to the guy to use the reservation number when doing the sale and he asked why, told him it was for cashback (mistake perhaps?) It hasnt tracked and Im a bit pee'd off as I think he maybe didnt do it, anyways do I raise issue with Quidco or PCWorld?

Raise a ticket with Quidco, if he didnt log it at the checkout there may be problems, but if you have the recipt give them the details from it,

Hi mine track within hours of using pcworld and i make sure they enter the number after losing out myself.
Question is do the staff get sales figures to work to and them using this code stops them claiming the figure for themselves????

I bought a netbook from PCWorld via Quidco a few weeks ago and it's still not tracked... Just got to wait until the 40 days are up and raise a query :(

Thank guy's, salesperson was an ass, got shirty because I told him not to try and sell me anything other than the laptop and obviously then I pointed out about the reservation. I hope I get it sorted and you j-b

Thats because you told him that you didnt want anything other than the laptop :oops:..... The staff are measured on their attachments to a laptop and It is their job to ensure you leave with a complete package rather than just a laptop!..... which you'll then need to buy extra bits for later....he would also try and give you the best price for things like cases,office,norton 360, surge protectors and pc performance if bought at the same time. Also, you have to remember that the general public are not incredibly techniccally savvy and most just expect things to work without any configuration....You gotta think he might might be having a bad day too? I mean everyone has bad days!

I appreciate that but bad day or not as a consumer I should most certainly not have a salesman take it on himself to ignore my instructions as I am entitled to what I requested. Also should my service differ because I didnt want add ons? Would it have then be acceptable to give me the laptop that had been kicked round the stockroom just to spite me!
