I am thinking of getting a walk in shower for my bathroom, so want to get rid of the Bath which was brand new when i moved into the house about a year ago..(so its in very good shape)...not sure if i'll be able to sell it or if people buy that kind of stuff.....?

I don't see why not, if it's in good nick and a reasonable price, ie cheaper than you could get it in the shops, then yeh, of course, someone may buy it:thumbsup:

stick it on the bay youll be susprised tbh , i had a crap old cooker was gonna sling out and someone paid 150 quid and came and collected it (70 mile away)

prices for new are so cheap, 2nd hand may have problems, and too much hassle moving it.

taps stuck, badly plumbed, stained, or damaged in installation/removal process, just too many pitfalls with used...

OK...a tottaly different question...
my nextdoor neighbor had his guttering done(roof) and he must've got a right cowboy who did not seal the joint that joins with the gutter on my side of the house...so now whenever it rains the water leaks through the joint..and right underneath is my gas meter, which is covered by a plastic box but thats kinda broken so water seepes through onto the actual meter....so i wanna know if the water is damaging the meter in anyway..?

It may not be damaging it right now, but over time, I imagine, obviously it will be doing and will do some damage, SUE them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


lol...cant sue him...he's a nice enough guy, i did mention this to him and he said he'll chase up the guy but that was like a month ago...
