I doubt it very much as I would have thought they would advertise it as a sales pitch, but always worth a try, a quick email to customer services wouldn't do any harm .... Please let us know !

No is the short answer.
The long answer is definitely NO because I tried it with them and they wouldn't budge. :)

Don't forget though you can send damaged goods back and they will pay your postage and you can also return items within a certain time if you pay the postage so you'd have to weigh one against the other :)

I know that's probably the Swansea interpretation :p but please don't assume it's mine. :whistling:

I'll make it clearer (because it was a bit fuzzy how I wrote it) by quoting Play's own policy:

Returning an unwanted item
You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item.

We will only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.
We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error.

The OP just needs to weigh up whether he will gain more by sending the stuff back and paying the postage and then reordering at the same price or keeping the stuff.

Having lived and worked in Swansea for a while back along I do recognise the "third option" though. :whistling:

Cheers Redranger, I'll know you'll recognise (attempted?) humour !!
ps I bet it's raining across the Bay at the moment ??
