Hatton Garden Metals offered £250 - £400 more than the local jewellers we went to.
I was a bit worried about sending it in the post but can't fault the service at all, it was very good. It deserves the high recommendations it gets on places like MSE.

Which magazine have just voted Tesco as being the best by quite a large margin.

"02 April 2011 - Gold jewellery - The cash for gold industry has sprung up because the price of gold is so high. Tesco Gold Exchange's entrance to the online money for gold buying market has proved a success, a Which? investigation has found. The supermarket, which entered this sector in January, offered far better rates than its competition."

It's official....Which magazine supports the biggest bribes.

It's quite scandalous that WHICH would publish such a misleading survey. It's quite clear that consumers are buying the mag under false pretences....all they are buying are advertorials and not genuine advice.

That which report is nothing short of scandalous is it, how can they be able to get away with such blatant favouritism?

‘When Which? conducts an investigation we are not able to look at every player in every industry but do aim to provide a snapshot of the market in its current state. In this news story we wanted to re-visit mostly the same companies we looked at in our previous investigation for the sake of consistency’

So they don't look at the number 1, disgusting and should be prosecuted for misleading advice IMO.
