Do you have an IQ of Over 120?

They say only people with an IQ with 120 and over are able to figure this out.

Please look at the maths below:

if:

2 + 3 = 10
6 + 5 = 66
7 + 2 = 63
8 + 4 = 96
Then:

9 + 7 = ????

.

I believe you add the two numbers then multiply the result by the first number unless there is another arbitrary method that makes a biting social comment.
