I go for the deals, but you don't really get 4x the value, it's more like 2.5x or 3x as you can often get discounts on the products on the deals section.

That sounds good!

We have about £10 in vouchers. I think we are going to get some food vouchers and eat out somewhere despite some of the restaurants not being great.

It's a bit grim that you have to wait for your vouchers to be delivered.

I want to spend some now

We're going to Florida on our tesco vouchers. OH had been saving them up as he gets petrol etc as well. Worth it that way as it would have been a quarter of the value if we'd spent it instore.

Had 3 holidays last year with Tesco points and this years is paid for using them too, will also get the car serviced and MOT'ed as well, deals win every time :)

You are so right - OH used to buy all sorts of stuff because it meant getting more back in vouchers than the actual thing cost. There was a blip the other week with the cds and getting 500 extra points if you bought 2 or something but they'd mistakenly put the poster beside the bargain cds - he picked some up for £3 then claimed he didn't get the extra points and because the poster was still there they put the points on for him - twice! Needless to say they removed it after that but that's how much he collects them.

No way! I have recently started exchanging mine for airmiles - got 800 after only 3 months! Should start building up nicely now that I've just got a Clubcard credit card too :)

+1 - OH started doing that too. There was an offer on last month where you registered for the first time to covnert tesco vouchers you got double the airmiles or something like that. He says with the amount of airmiles he now has we can go to New York 1st class once or 3 times in economy. I said I'd rather go 3 times as I'd be asleep most of the time anyway so who cares where you sit. But that just shows you how the vouchers are so much better converted into deals rather than shopping.

tesco are doing 200 clubcard points for every 2 ink carts you buy ... currently showing at 1p each, so 200 CC points for 2p.

thats 2000 points (£20 shopping or £80 deals) for only 20p :-D
