O/H has been troubled for years with neck and shoulder pains and despite many different reasons given as to what was causing it, the symptoms never went. Some months ago she discovered her front tooth was chipped and went to the dentist to have it repaired. A few weeks later she realised that the repair had fallen out so back she went to the dentist. He then discovered that she suffered from night-time teeth grinding which had not only dislodged the repair but, according to him, was also the reason for her neck pain. He made her a tooth guard and since then her neck pain has gone.
