Is it true that the unlimited data for internet is only for 12months and then after that you have to pay for it ontop of the contract?

Cheers won't bother then. Can you do O2 open over the phone, I'm gonna try and play the been with you for 10 years other networks are better etc.

It is possible.... (Ive done it twice myself).

t0mm... can you post that 0800 I gave you?

That number is the one you'd need to ring, though they may advise to go into a shop!

Not home for like a month anyways yet so will do it then go for a 3GS, wasn't bothered about an iphone, but was going to move to a £20 a month simplicity or a £25 a month SE C905, then found out waitrose did O2 open so can get my cousin to do it.

LOL.... O2 open.... the plan for mobile domination!

What's CN22?

Customs would be chargeable on any import outside the UK with a higher value than £18. Unless I'm missunderstanding you. it is coming from China isn't it?

Aye, he said because on the CN22 (Customs declaration) it said set top box, it's not liable for customs charges.
Whats the cheapest box you can get in the uk 500c or not.

Sounds unbelievable to me!

Yes, it is the cheapest... but the value is over £18, so haven't a clue what difference it makes if they say its a set top box! Is this the online chat thing?

You might get away with it....... but if customs open it, you won't.

I guess so.

What's the cheapest you can buy from the UK?

At Dcx - that number Guv asked me to give you was 0800131211

Just seen the prices £270+ for the 32gb on an 18 month contract, apple can **** off, I'll stick to sony ericsson.

I'm gonna get it on 24mth @ £44.05. (Phone is £90 then)
Use o2 open, get it down to £30.
9 months in, downgrade to the £35 tariff (£23.99 with o2 open).

Works out less then 1000.

Total Line R £493.35

£30 is lowest tariff on the iPhone.
You can't go any lower
(Unless that's with o2 open)

Which is a complete rip off still tbh. I'd rather get a phone with a decent camera for free, like the C905.

I always thought the 2MP was a lot more decent than most camera phones, then I saw the 3MP Auto focus on the apple video, and that did it for me. just click and focus.
It's also significantly lower than 1000. £600-£700.

I'll either get that, or the 24 month one in that same way.

Pretty much a complete scam though, just suckers go for it. Pretty sure my O2 Simplicity is £9.89 a month and is better than half the iphone contracts.

Although if you can get an o2 open code, it's a 'bargain'.
#27
I'm having to move off my £20 staff deal to get the iphone, so it's not that of a good deal for me lol
