I haven't been able to view my bill in detail for a couple of weeks now.
I have spoken to about 8 different customer service staff, I have e-mailed their "special" customer care e-mail address but all to no avail.
Before I cancel my account, I want to speak to someone high up to let them know how badly I have been treated and that his/her staff can't sort out a simple access problem for me.
I'm off out now but will check back when I get in later.
