There are a few people are work that are sooo annoying, maybe it's me and I need to get out of the office a little more. Just finding one person in particular so annoying.

When she answers the phone she's practically shouting, "HIII YAAaaaaaaaa..." and that's how she answers the phone to everybody, and continues to shout throughout the conversation. When asked to do any work she kicks up a stink and probably the best bit for me but equally annoying so may sound like a contradiction but she's never around past 3pm as she's apparently "on appointments", I.E. gone home.

And then there is the bird who sits next to me, who has been on weight watchers for like the last 5 years, weighs herself every 2 weeks. But DAMN, she don't stop eating, I find that so funny, as it's rather pointless. Think she thinks she'll loose weight being signed up to weight watchers. Then I mention for her to do some exercise instead of out eating a killer whale, and I get accused of being weightiest!! or fattiest!!

Then there's the guy who likes to give orders, who isn't the boss but likes to think he is, he's not so annoying as I just put him in his place. But he's a gossiping little so and so, likes to stick his nose into others business, although never shares stories about himself??

I think I actually can't help but dislike them now, I'm trying not to. Any ideas as to how I can get along with them more, as I know it's me not them. Woooooosaaaa, I'm going to make a camomile tea now...breathe...

My colleagues are great. Very respectful and they make copious amounts of coffee. Which is nice.

Hope not. There are 3 on here who are so annoying to me that I'd have to deal with them by leaving and getting a new job.

Yea, I'm just making them for myself now, they NEVER offered when then did it. I ALWAYS offered and people would wait for me to get up and ask. So I stopped asking, then they got arsey with me!!!

the guy behind me eats all day but its really noisey.
sounds like hes chewing mayonayise with no teeth.
and we have a women who does that whouting on the phone, shouts on the phone then hangs up and whispers to the person next to her.
and have a group of girls who talk about their kids at school and days at nursery, and just genreally whinge about how tough there lives are.
i spend most of my day in a world of my own listening to music or the radio.

Yea I have a bitching buddy, I think at the moment I'm spending too much time here, would be fine in small doses.
Damn I'm going to take a lot of frustration out at the gym after work. Yay, I've got new running shoes too!!

If you can, pass work to her that needs to be done, but only after 3pm (and keep a record of what you've done & when). Then, when there's a fuss raised because the work hasn't been done it'll become known that she wasn't there to do the work.

I work with a woman who's a complete moron, first time I met her she was saying how she could do this, that and pretty much everything. Turns out she's not got a clue what she's doing, I've had to help her out so many times it's unreal. but she still thinks she's good at her job. She's also mega defensive, starts shouting if you dare to question what she's done/doing. Plus she blows her nose really loudly at least 10 times an hour.

I wouldn't mind if she was hot, but she's a total boiler, which annoys me even more.....

Pretty much, she just doesn't like being questioned, which not many of us do to be fair. But there's a way to deal with it and move on, and shouting at someone isn't it!!!

She may suffer from allergies.

Well if she does she's not fit to work here and should go back to her main office (I work on a construction site).

Not got a problem with the nose blowing per se, it's the volume of it I object to!!!

True, in my old job there was a lady that had a dust allergy, which meant she was coughing non-stop. I didn't find that annoying, I actually felt pretty sorry for her, would be so annoying.

Maybe she doesn't like the main office people.

I would ask her is she suffer's from an allergy and if she does it probably is an allergy to dust.

I would advise her that the construction site is probably not good for health.

Maybe anti-histamine's would help.

Good luck
