Does anyone here use eBid?

I do, now lol I placed an ad for my Sigma lens on ebay, and they TKO'd the listing because it looked fraudulent. Fraudulent? Just because it is my first listing for a few months and I changed my password?? Idiots. They didn't even email me to verify it, just TKO'd it on security grounds. I wasn't listing it again as they locked down my account, so I told them to shove their account. I've requested an acct closure and started using eBid.
So, any other eBid users?

I haven't, but funnily enough I posted a thread this morning asking if anyone else was fed up with ebay like me (fees sky high and removing listings for pathetic reasons) and a few people mentioned ebid. I'm reluctant to change as I know that ebay attracts so many customers, but then again that's why they think they've "got" you so in that respect I'd like to try another site. Might keep my eye on ebid for future, it's about time ebay had some competition, perhaps then they wouldn't be a pile of ****.

It costs nothing to list on ebid, so you have nothing to lose really. Thats what I thought anyway.
It costs nothing to put a reserve price in either.

I am thinking about trying to shift a few things on Ebid as Ebays fees are shocking.

Ebay must take over £1 in every £10 of liquidity. Yeah, it is shocking.
It's called overestimating the strength of your product. If they are not careful, they will lose the good will that made their business thrive.

Well, from my initial experience of ebid it's just as well it is free. Nobody bids on anything! :x
Damn.
