i have had a payment of £135 scheduled for april, then it change to may, then to june and now to july?

i sent them a ticket and they responded by saying they had technical difficultys and my payent would be made the next day. 9th july!

i have sent them about 5 tickets since and they have not replied to any of them?

what should i do? do they not have a telephone number?

As far as I kn0ow, they only have the "contact us" enquiry option.

They are notoriously difficult to get hold of, and slow to respond to queries. Some take months.

very true I have outstanding queries from last December so doubt they'll be resolved so that's about £12 wiped off my cashback.

They probably sit there like that Nationwide advert counting it up for the Xmas works do.

And then of course you might get given an unsatisfactory answer which ignores the situation you told them about, only to find the query has then been closed, giving you no right of reply. As happened to me recently...

seems to be they dont have any kind of system to reply. they are quick enough to take the £5 admin fee!
anyway i know its a bonus if we get our cashback payment, however once recived from the companys involved, the monay belongs to me and not quidco, therefore they are holdong onto my moeny which has been sat there for 3 months! are they allowed to do this???

As far as i know this money is a referrers commision passed onto quidco, which they kindly pass on to us.So this money is not legally ours. They can at anytime cancel your account and withhold the money if you are using duplicate accounts etc.So i think they hold all the aces on this unfortunately.:-(

But if people weren't passed on anything then they wouldn't use it so it's hardly kindness from Quidco.

To be fair,no it is hardly kindness (bad choice of word) as they are also out to make money, but unlike some other cashback sites they do pass on all the cashback and at a better rate. The only other one that i think is better, now that they have dropped the annual admin fee is Topcashback.I used to use these as a secondary to quidco if quidco did not feature a certain retailer, but i am finding myself using them more and more out of choice now. This thing about not answering tickets is bugging me now, whereas topcashback have been brilliant with any queries i have made.

I found they've been pretty good at payments, and when I did have a couple of enquiries about 18months ago they got back to me pretty sharpish.

I suspect they've grown too big too quickly and haven't recruited the staff to cope with it and so can no longer keep up with demands.

I've just been to check my payments and discovered that the £120 (2x £60) from last weeks phones4u deal have been "declined" :x

I think I'll be cancelling that order then.

Finally had my ticket query answered regarding payment, but sadly no payment forthcoming yet:

Apologies for the delay with your payment. We had some issues with the second run of BACS payments last week. I have passed your tickets on to my colleague, but at this point I'm afraid that it will be during the normal run of payments at the end of this month that you will receive payment. We apologise for the delay.

Have you read everything quidco said in the quidblog - loads of people were complaining but it turned out most of them didn't follow instructions. Let me see if I can find a thing:

Ok you think you should have payment but you don’t.
First, payments only go out at the very end of the month and sometimes tip over into the first days of the next month. So if it’s not that late in the month yet - wait.
Second, go to your Payments tab under My Earnings. If your payment is in hold it gives a reason here. If you have no payment details entered, if you’re below the minimum payout level you entered etc, it will say the reason here!
Third, check your email. If there were issues with your transactions where we needed more info or if you had more than £50 to be paid by PayPal, your payment will be on hold. In both of these cases we email you to give some info and ask for an email response.
When checking your email (remember to check the email address you have entered in Quidco) - check your junk folder also and to ensure Quidco emails come through make sure you put quidco.com on your safe/white list!!!
If you have thought about that and are still out then get in touch through this form:
http://www.quidco.com/help/100/
That is linked from Help -> Payments -> I had a scheduled payment for last month that is now scheduled for this month!

yes, i read all the blog and checked everything and every this is set correctly, so i thought that maybe the system had forgot to notice me (kinda) coz i hadn't used it in a while so i changed my settings a bit to give it a jog but this was 2 months ago, still nothing, I've had other payments go through no bother, it was to go through BAC's and i checked that all the details were correct , I'm just bored of waiting and sending messages now that I dont care and don't use it, thanks though xxxxxxxxxxxxx
