mine always goes off wen it windy n rainin not for week tho i would be fuming !

Saynoto0870.com are listing a geographical alternative number for Sky technical helpline, but it hasn't been verified yet - 01506 421813 - don't know if you want to give that a go if you have inclusive mins on your mobile etc ? Try this before calling Sky

Press services then 4, 0, 1 select (there wont be a 0, it's a secret installer menu - just press it & you'll get access).

Goto LNB setup

Goto LNB power supply & turn it off, save settings.

Turn off sky box at the wall & leave for 5 mins

Turn box back on & go back into services then 4, 0, 1 select

Back into LNB setup

Then turn power back on

Again, save settings, then turn off at the wall for 5mins.

Turn everything back on & it should have resolved itself

The connector was loose at the back and I can't get it back in.
Phone Sky to cancel and now free 160GB Sky+ :)
