It's not illegal to talk about it.
Just illegal to do it.

try ebay lol

Not that I condone it, but all they do is download from the internet before putting it on a DVD...

If you wish to do so, cut out the middle man and download things if you are that way inclined.

If you were too download them yourself, for better results i'd recommend a torrent client and then you'd have to find yourself a toreent site also, loads of these about. Advise downloading torrents with samples attached so that you don't waste your time downloading a film that isn't what you thought it was. if thats clear...

ie want Hot Fuzz (example) but end up downloading Down on the farm with Mandy

Yeah mate totally agree with Browni,

Just download the dvds its not hard.

just get azereus and download them from sites like********* and so on.

Just read all the comments to make sure its the correct film and good quality.

Is that site safe?

How much does it cost?

no point been a part time pirate... in the eyes of the law your still doing this illegaly so therefore its free, but you have to search i'd try *REMOVED* in google without the space

I don't know how long this thread is going to be allowed here, but if it's going to remain then you're going to have to refrain from mentioning the names/links for torrent sites and similar unless they provide 100% legal content with no copyrighted material, i.e. a tracker for personal files the posters own the copyright to and nothing else. This ban includes sites which host the following movies, books, music and TV shows and anything else the user posting the torrent do not own the rights to.

If you are looking for torrent sites then search on Google. It's simple. Look: GOOGLE SEARCH.

Is it safe:
Don't know what you mean by this but they can and do keep logs of your IP addresses. You can be prosecuted for downloading illegal software/DVD's

How much does it cost: Well the clients to download the torrents are free. If your taken to court and fined it could turn out to be very expensive.

Anyone able to advise me how exactly to write a DVD (with a downloaded film)? I've got nero but I never have been able to write a dvd watchable on a home dvd player (I'm actually really good with pcs - just not with this!!!).

Thanks :)

Is it safe: Use private trackers or do a search for Hide IP Platinum

How much does it cost?:Your time (even if you get caught!)

Check out slyck.com it explains about bittorrent sites and give you a top 100 sites along with where you can download bittorrents from

I found azureus has loads of viruses last time I tryed, try the no 1 site starts with M. Never had a problem

Also they ahve a lot of Free, legal downloads as well - if you can find them:whistling:

there is no charge for the torrent sites on this website, some you do have to register but for the most you dont

With BitTorrent sites viruses are rarely a problem as many virus infected files are either removed or it will say in the comments left by members that there is a virus.

Best to use the firefox browser. It's just generally safer than IE in my opinion.

Google is your friend

Also Azuerus is a memory hog, try using uTorrent if Azureus slows your pc down.

I use peerguardian2 if im downloading torrents. Worth checking out imo.

I copy dvds but don't sell them on. Tbh i can't be bothered with the hassle and wouldn't want to even risk getting caught. Home use is fine by me! It's easy to do you just gotta hunt around for guides or do it the torrent way if you've got a good connection and wanna download 4 or so gig for every dvdrip or download the compressed files.

Not as effective as you'd like to think but better to have little protection than none.

Using any torrent site to download films is a big no no.

I wouldn't bother. Maybe 5+ years ago it was worth it. But now, forget it. For a start you would have to compete with the £2 (or lower) price of that little asian ("dvd?") guy with the rucksack - who goes round all your local pubs once a week. Also all his DVDs come with printed out covers.

I've never sold a movie DVD, but I once sold a few collections of old console games (romsets). I've never done such tedious, boring work for so little money! It was so much hassel, and to top it all of, some ******* ended up blackmailing me!!

You would make more money per hour in mcdonalds, trust me... And you would be a fine upstanding law obiding (greasy-chinned) gentleman too!
