I was just wondering if anyone here actually uses their Wii Fit to lose weight / exercise? If so, does it actually work or is it all just a gimmick?
I have had my Wii Fit since release and I have never really used it for it's actual purpose and to be honest, have rarely used it since I got it!
I want to try and exercise more but don't want to be forking out £50 a month for gym membership.
Do you think if I used the Wii Fit regularly it would do the job?
