Does baking soda whiten teeth?

£0.00 @
Ive been researching into home teeth whitening methods and the baking soda one seems the most popular. I'd like to know if any members have used this theory and what the results are like?

You also need to use hydrogen peroxide 3% solution. I got it in the asda chemist. You make up a paste with them and brush your teeth as normal. Its about 90p for a bottle.

You can find more detailed instructions online. Decide for yourself.

Is that similar to that powder you get that you rub into your toothbrush?

I remember hearing that coal works and trying it out and it does. Just use powder from chunks off coal and rub it on teeth. Honestly this isn't a wind up:)

OOh site has went all weird lol
