Does this computer game exist?

It's basically like Civilization, you start off building your first city then expanding, going to war, developing technologies, sharing tech, allying with friends etc.

But it's played online, prefereably with friends, but you only get to do so many moves per day. So rather than rushing the whole thing over a 5 hour slot where you can't really play a full game, you play over the course of a year or something, maybe you could log in on your iphone while on the train to do your moves etc. Then if you conquer your world you could then join other worlds that are at the same level and compete there too?

Would be cool no?

Like A MMORG but ruling a country.

Or this, it's like Lost, you've all crashed on an island and there's cool stuff to discover, figure out, dangers etc. So you all take on a character and have got to decide whether to go alone, or help each other etc. You have a slot like 9pm on a Monday night where you all log in and do your stuff. Loads of servers all running the same story at the same time, so you won't get an advantage from being on a different server too.
