where do i start??

no one here knows what colour glasses the ebay seller has

no one here knows how big the doll in question is

no one here knows how big the glasses in question are

you need to ask the ebay seller these questions, not people who have never seen the doll or glasses, just get a pair from a poundshop or something, they'll probably end up broken or lost anyway

Try going to the 'bear factory' they sell small glasses which should fit, or see if they have a website?

Why don't you join the build a bear fb page and ask someone to measure their 15 inch bears head (assuming the ebay ones are the ones I see, for a 15 inch bear!?), or just call build-a-bear CS.. Then ask your daughter to measure the dolls head too!
Failing that just buy some fake glasses, not sure how small they come though(?), then buy one of those elasticated head band things that keep glasses on your head!

You could always ask the optician and say you're looking for ideas to help get your granddaughter to wear glasses, they might let you chose some regular glasses and put plain lens' in?

if you want me to ask the questions then tell me the item number and upload a picture of the doll

trying to work out how you have got to the age of grandmother without walking under a bus or locking yourself in the fridge to be honest
