Don't buy from Aria!!

You'll be okay if you actually get what you want. But if you receive something faulty it'll be a [email protected] to get customer services to do anything about it! I've recently experienced this myself and if you do a quick search on google using 'aria customer service' you'll find I'm not the only one! I wish I'd searched around beforehand because I wouldn't have purchased from a company with County Court Judgements against them!!

I know how you feel, i used to use them years ago but they once took over 90 days to replace a faulty hard disk so never again.

I wont use them again tbh

I got a Dell 2001FP TFT from them a few month back, paid £20 odd quid for a dead pixel test (where I think they manually check the screens for dead and sub dead pixels)

However it came in a "non dell box" screen was facing down towards the floor with very thin box packaging, it's lucky it wasnt cracked, oh and guess what? one dead pixel, it wasnt worth the time mithering about it I spose but it's put me off buying from them again.

I ordered vista off them, decided i didnt want it they said i'd get a refund within 7 days and it'd show in my account in 10.

Three weeks later they said they'd sent it out a week before and to chase it up with my bank, which i did and the bank said it hadn't come in

Wasnt until i threatened with leagal action my refund was pushed through.

I've used Aira for years. I live in Manchester and go directly to their store / warehouse. I've never had a problem. Maybe it's just their internet sales.

I've used Aria for over 5 years and must have placed around 25 orders with them during this time. I only once had a problem - I purchased a refurbished PVR which was sent in a bashed box, the PVR had a scratch across the display and there was no manual. It cost me £18 to return by registered mail but they would only refund £10 of postage. Apart from that, I've always found them good to buy from.

I would have had to go down the added interest route. Not much chance of getting it though with these cowboys.
