Just had to cancel my order.
Ordered some bedroom furniture on 2 April, emailed them this week to ask where the stuff is. They replied by saying the item is out of stock and has been delayed by 2 weeks.
Well thanks for that! Was the delay the 2 weeks I'd already waited or would I be waiting a further 2 weeks? They never frekkin said!
Rang them today to try and get some sort of date off them, they said they had no information about the item on their screens and that it could be another 4 weeks, maybe 6 weeks they just didn't know!!!!!
This is the worst customer service ever. The fact I had had to prompt them twice to get info on my order. I would have been left in the dark still wondering indefinitely if I hadn't contacted them.
They should have contacted me to let me know all this stuff, not the other way round!!!!
Anyway cancelled the order and woman on phone said money would be back in my account tomorrow..... although there could be a delay, it could take 4 weeks, 6 weeks who knows????
I loathe this company with a passion now.
I imagine I will have to ring them countless more times to beg for a refund etc.
You're better off buying from Tesco or Argos to be honest.
