They delete my review below posted at unbeatable gadgets. I just repost it again. Just want to let everyone my purchase experience.

Avoid if possible!! or you add another brick at your home

What you pay for you will only received for the B-Grade Stereo and a box, but Nothing else!!! No Manual, No Cage, No Cable, No Remote, No instructions (You will need the non-standard 16 pin cable to connect to your stereo!! ) I explain to the customer support and all the told me was the sentense below!!)

"We are also unsure as to which accessories will be included inside the box."

Just say no accessories is included, because there is none.

People out there, just buy the new one as it will work out cheaper at the end. And save you a hell lot of the hassle!!

I need to pay for postage for refund, and I probably need 5 pounds for postage. And the refund is only 13 pounds, end up getting the 6 pounds back. Didn't bother to get a refund. You interested?

think i'd be talking to trading standards, this cable is an inherent part of the product and not an "accessory",.
Not sure if the description would hold up under scrutiny as its classed as refurbished, part of that would be fitting new cable.

It is not legal to make someone pay the costs of returning an item which is faulty or missing parts.

Suggest that you send them an email saying you are going to issue a chargeback on your credit card because the item is faulty and ask that they send you a prepaid envelope to arrange recollection or contact you to confrim how they are going to collect the faulty goods

Is it faulty though? - depends what it specified - you got the stereo.

Item is not as described, however you say that they said 'we are not sure what's in the box' which to me would ring alarm bells.

They erase my review again on their webpage and trigger me to request ask for a full refund.

I email them yesterday saying that I will report my case to trading standards unless they will provide me full refund. They call my mobile within 5 mins and after the discussion, they agree to send me the cable (only) free of charge. However, they refuse to provide me with the full refund thou.
