Bit of advice, Don't order from Sendit if you wan't something for christmas.

Ordered a DVD last saturday, (Christmas present) I went on just now to check my order status and order status is "cancelled" Didn't even get an email saying it had been cancellled!

Just letting you know because they are still saying you can order before 22nd December.

Just ordered from Amazon hoping I get it in time

Same here, I paid first class delivery and they said despite adverse weather conditions I would still get it.

Oh well I have a plan B. I will buy it from a shop that issues cash refunds. I will then give that as the present, and when they one from Amazon arrives sometime next year I will take that back to the shop with my receipt for a full refund. Problem sorted 8)

Me too, but as long as the kids the family and I are warm dry and fed,I am just going to assume it will come at some point, Amazon will sort it out eventually and spoiling Christmas by getting stressed and going out in this weather won't help any of us. I do however think Royal mail have an absolute cheek taking the orders and refusing to track them, they are getting our money, I'd really appreciate knowing where my goods are the more information you have the better you can prepare, like arranging to be in for delivery or being able to be doing something else. No one can change the weather but being fully informed does help, Royal Mail it's not good enough

But you obviously don't have better things to do then write stupid things with no real foundation about something that I wrote in the heat of the moment in another thread!
