I called them yesterday with an issue - hang on for 25 min for an What do you want me to do about it attitute ? I was shocked how rude they were and I was told to call back later as they were so busy now they could not deal with my issue ?
I called back - hang on for 15 min this time - asked for a manager who i was than told they do not have ?? Adding insult to injury they then informed that they don`t believe in statutory rights.
Huh ? I was lost for words !
I have ordered from them before without issue but this was the first time I had a problem with my order and I just cannot believe how ppl who work in costumer service can be so un-helpfull ?
Will never shop their again. They can learn a thing or 2 from John Lewis !!
Am I the only one feeling that costumer needs are just being pushed aside ???
