Test Result
You are in control of your anger. Professionally, you are an individual who is assertive and you rarely allow stress and conflict to affect you negatively. In your personal life however, you can feel ‘safe’ enough to express anger. Due to your mature nature, and your recognition of how your anger may affect others, you are quick to apologise when you feel you have been unfair or hurtful. You are 80% well adjusted, but when something or someone affects your internal world, you sometimes vent. However, you feel little long-term reward for such behaviour and try to remain cool the majority of the time.

That's pretty correct actually xx

I wonder how many "outcomes" there are to this test lol

You are a deeply angry person. You act before you think and your overriding emotional response to any conflict situation is to get really angry. You find yourself easily frustrated by little things and will typically become annoyed when things don't go your way. You take things very personally and externalise your anger with ease. You let everyone know just how you feel. You will definitely benefit from a course of anger management and should consider it as soon as possible. <<<<

So much for the calm (Controlling Anger & Learning to Manage it) course I was "sentenced" to do! :whistling::roll::w00t:

You are an angry person inside. Whilst others may not consider you an angry person, inside you will feel a deep resentment for yourself and/or others. A lack of emotional confidence means that you are unable to deal with difficult situations in a calm and measured way. This may mean that you travel through life feeling unfulfilled because you cannot adequately express what you want. You are also more likely to suffer from depression because of the way you fail to take care of your needs. It is clear you have work to do and you would certainly benefit from assertiveness training.

sums me up well i think :x

Not many of the three choices were accurate enough for me, but even so :

You are in control of your anger. Professionally, you are an individual who is assertive and you rarely allow stress and conflict to affect you negatively. In your personal life however, you can feel ‘safe’ enough to express anger. Due to your mature nature, and your recognition of how your anger may affect others, you are quick to apologise when you feel you have been unfair or hurtful. Stress test
Take GMTV's stress test to see if you're suffering from an unhealthy amount of stress

Cool as a cucumber! Whatever you're doing to stay calm and collected seems to be working so keep at it. You may be one of those lucky people who are naturally chilled out or you may have to actively take measures to combat your stress. Whichever is the case, situations can change and it's important to be able to adjust as stressful times come and go.

I am the new Fonz, eh?

Stress head! If your score is in this category, I would suggest it's time to consider a major review of how you're coping. It may be a situation, a person or just how you are naturally which is causing you to have so many stress related symptoms. Whatever the reason(s) it may be time to look at possibly improving your diet, upping your activity levels and/or finding ways to actively relax and unwind. This can be difficult for some, especially if this has been the way you've been for a while, so don't be afraid to ask for help. Your doctor should be able to provide help and advice specific to your situation, and it may be a good idea to pay them a visit anyway, considering you've said yes to so many questions.

Nothing wrong with wanting to protect those more vulnerable than you are. That's a heroic trait even :) xxxx

Test Result:
You are a beacon of calm. With an ability to remain positive in the most difficult of circumstances, you exhibit calm within the greatest of storms. You have a tendency to explore anger in a productive way, disallowing others to affect you when it is their issues that are causing the problem. You really are the definition of well-adjusted, and whilst this does not mean you do not feel anger, you rarely let it get in the way of your life. You are an excellent mediator and negotiator and you are aware of these strengths.
