Dunno what one of them is!!!

just follow the instructions shown in the freebie scripts in the link.

Its likely you would be adding a line above linking to a seperate .js file - else also adding the .js script within the body of the page. (Either would work.)

in regards to the snow effect which works in anything but firefox, is there a similar effect for new year, ie: Fireworks or the like?

how about this http://www.maylin.net/Fireworks.html :lol: maybe a bit too much, you can find javascript fireworks effects using gooogle

or create your own, get an image (or a few) and set a javascript timer to display the images in random order at a certain interval (use [url]www.w3schools.com[/url] to learn javascript)

let me have a look at the code, but i guess not ...... hmmmm

it seems you can, change the BG to your web page and have it set to random ...... means learning javascript though
